# Common errors

Some errors may occur during the deposit and withdrawal processes. Here are the main ones with their signification:

### 1. Signature cancellation

If you reject  (cancel) the Metamask signature request, this error will appear. In this case, just click on the **Withdraw** button again.<br>

### 2. Relayer is down <a href="#id-1.-transaction-cancellation" id="id-1.-transaction-cancellation"></a>

Sometimes, if the relayer is down (due to a crash or any other reason), you will see the following message:

In this case, just reach our telegram to report the error, we will restart it in a timely manner.
